『HK優質國際品牌認證計劃』申請流程圖

"HK Quality International Brand Licensing Award Scheme"Application Flow Chart
中國香港註冊認證服務中心有限公司 收到查詢申請後，安排申請者與中心負責職員會面，解釋計劃和認証授權內容以及所需的文件報告。 CHINA HONG KONG REGISTRATION & CERTIFICATION SERVICE LIMITED (CHKRCSL), after receiving an inquiry will arrange a meeting with the applicant to explain the scheme. 如申請者有意或同意參加本中心的優質授權品牌頒發計劃，本中心將把認証計劃分類(1.產品、2.企業、 3.個人)，然後按不同的類別提供申請表及所需的文件報告清單。 Applicants who want to join the scheme will be provided with the documents and reports checklist according to the classification (1. Product, 2. Corporation, 3. Individual) 如申請者若未能提供相關的報告，申請者可提供申請產品的銷售樣品給本中心作國際標準認可的檢驗服務 If applicant failed to provide the related reports, applicant will have to provide product samples for testing at our testing centers. 文件和報告齊全後遞交中國香港註冊認證服務中心有限公司專家審批。 Full set of documents and reports submitted to CHKRCSL for assessment 按評審專家的報告和建議從新整理文件或補做檢驗。 Base on the assessment team suggestion, rearrange the documents and re-tests. √ 文件齊全有效 √ 檢驗報告合格 √ Document pass √ Test report pass 若最終被評審為不滿意不能通過，申請者將不獲「HK優質國際品牌認證証書」，同時附上評審專家的報告和建議。有關產品的申請費用亦不作退回。 If the application assess as unsatisfied, applicant will not acquire HK Quality International Brand Licensing Award certificate. Also, assessment team will provide the assess report and suggestion. All the application fee cannot be refunded. 若最終被評審為滿意通過，申請者將授予「HK優質國際品牌認證証書」乙份，已獲優質授權頒發者在証書有效期內能夠使用「HK優質國際品牌認證証書」。 If the application assess as satisfied, applicant will acquire HK Quality International Brand Licensing Award certificate during the effective period. X 文件不齊全或過期 X 檢驗報告不合格 X Document fail X Test report fail 文件不齊全： 申請者可以要求本中心整理相關文件。 Document fail: Applicant can request us to re-organize documents. 檢驗不合格： 申請者可以要求本中心在法定機構重檢產品。 Test report fail: Applicant can request for re- testing of sample via test center 文件齊全及檢驗合格 Rearrange document and test report pass 為您 - 提供最專業的服務 For you - provide the most professional service
